Paul D. Damron

DAMRON, Paul D. Age 70 of Trotwood, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Dayton, Ohio to his parents Alex & Helen (Olsen) Damron who precede him in death along with his step-son, Donnie Keller. Paul is survived by his wife of 43 years, Shirley Damron; step-daughter, Sherry (Steve) Rich; 2 sons, David and James Damron; daughter, Amy Damron; 4 sisters, Patty (Charles) Wilkerson, Connie (Gary) Smith, Cheri Sumner, and Tina (Julio) Gonzaleza; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. Paul retired from the Chrysler Corporation in 2003. He loved classic cars, shopping for antiques, fishing and playing music. He will be dearly missed. Paul’s family would like to thank the I.C.U. staff at Good Samaritan Hospital for the special care and attention. Visitation will be held 11am-1pm with funeral to follow at 1:00 pm on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Rogers Funeral Home in Trotwood. Interment will follow the service at Bear Creek Cemetery.
