Phil Edward Cox

COX, Phil Edward Age 79 of Brookville, passed away Friday, June 26, 2020. He was born in Greenville, TN on November 22, 1940 to his parents, Willie & Eunice (Poe) Cox. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Willie Ray Cox. Phil is survived by his wife, Helen Cox; son, Stephen (Danae) Cox; granddaughter, Kyleigh Cox; grandson, Hunter Cox; brother, Bud Cox; sister, Shirlene Ottinger; and numerous other extended family members and friends. Phil was a longtime member of the New Lebanon Church of Christ. He retired from Chrysler after 32 years of service. Phil enjoyed golfing, bowling, and his grandchildren. He will be forever missed. A visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5-7 PM at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. A Graveside service will begin at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery, 3377 US-35, West Alexandria, Ohio 45381.
