WHITE, Phyllis Jean Age 78 of Dayton, passed away February 20, 2016 at Brookhaven Nursing Home. She was preceded in death her husband, Donald E. White; son, Donald E. White II; 2 brothers, Ted, and Bill Stiver. She is survived by her son, Michael Anthony White. Graveside service at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens will be held at the convenience of the family
