Preston F. Taylor, Jr.

TAYLOR, Preston F., Jr. Age 85 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021. He was born in Danville, VA on December 2, 1935 to his parents Rev. Preston F. Taylor, Sr. and Helen (Doss) Taylor who have preceded him in death along with infant son, Ricky Taylor. Preston is survived by 2 daughters, Karen (Roger) Stephens of Beavercreek and Donna (Tim) Beneke of W. Alexandria; son, Tim Taylor of Dayton; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preston enjoyed reading about history and building and racing cars. He retired from the Dayton Post Office after many years. He will be dearly missed. Private services will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Preston. Arrangements by Rogers Funeral Homes.
