Richard W. Warrix

WARRIX, Richard W. “Sunshine” Age 73 of West Alexandria, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021. He was born in Akron, Ohio on June 11, 1947. He was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Guntle (Steele), Son, Timothy Warrix; brothers, Gerald Warrix, Kenneth Warrix; and sister, Carol Liffick. Richard is survived by his sister, Ellen Lambert; daughter, Rhonda Banks; Son, Richard Warrix, Jr. and his wife Tammy; son-in-law, Kenneth Banks; grandchildren, Lauren Neal, Kenny Banks, Aubrey Warrix, and Tayler Creech; great grandchildren, Nathan, Hailey, Bentley, Myleigh, and Cora; and good friend, Frank Bare. Richard spent his career as a brick mason and enjoyed golfing, fishing, and football. He will be missed by the many people that loved him. A memorial visitation will be held from 4-5 PM with memorial service to follow at 5:00 PM on Monday, May 24th at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon.Richards friend Ronnie Williams will be officiating.
