Rita P. Smith

SMITH, Rita P. Age 91 of Eaton, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Dec. 21, 2020. She was born in Whitley County, KY on August 14, 1929 to her parents Jasper & Ona (Golden) Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hurstle I. Smith; 2 sisters; and 2 brothers. Rita is survived by her 4 children, Donnie H. (Florence) Smith, Roger N. (Ann) Smith, Patricia Ann (John) Czeiszperger, and Robert H. (Pamela) Smith; brother, Larry Taylor; 9 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great children. Rita enjoyed sewing, canning, and cooking especially when she was younger. She even won several blue ribbons for her quilts. She was a member of the Farmersville Eastern Star. She was a good Christian mother and above all loved her kids and grandkids. “It’s shoutin’ time in Heaven” Special thank you to Florence Smith for her loving care of Rita for the last few years.
