MILBY, Robert Cecil “Bob” Age 85 of Knoxville, TN passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. Bob was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 7, 1935 to his parents, Harry & Mary (Goddard) Milby. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Michael A. Milby; step-son, Ricky Jones; and numerous brothers, sisters, and loved ones. Bob is survived by 3 children, Robert D. (Melinda K.) Milby, Sharon A. (David E.) Powell, and Larry N. Milby; 4 step-daughters, Angela (John) Hopper, Crystal (Brandon) Vannatta, Peggy Womble, and Lori Womble; step-daughter-in-law, Mary Jo Jones; also 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and dear friend, Lisa Jackson. A visitation will be held 11am-12pm with funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Pastor Paul Brown officiating.
