Robert E. "Bob" Morton

MORTON, Robert “Bob” E. Age 84, of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday February 24, 2015. Bob was born November 28, 1930 to the late Orin and Bessie Morton. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Jim, Bill, John, and Tom. Bob is survived by his daughter, Julie (Richard) Stewart; grandson, Matthew; sister, Ellamae Morton O’Connell; Ellen Morton; and many more family and friends. He was a 1948 graduate of Jefferson Township High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Korean War, retired from NCR and GM, and enjoyed spending time outdoors. There will be a visitation on Thursday, March 5 from 11AM to 12PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, Trotwood. The funeral service will begin at 12PM with Pastor Edgar Reed officiating.
