Ronald L. "Ron" Ballard

BALLARD, Ronald L. “Ron” Age 70 of New Lebanon passed away on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016 after a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis (Macy) Owens; father, Bruce Ballard; and step-father, Earl Owens. Ron is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Barbara Ballard; 2 daughters, Amy (Rip) Munsterman of North Palm Beach, FL; and Erin (Brian) Miller of New Lebanon; 4 granddaughters, Evie, Lilli, Cali, and Brilynn; and numerous brothers, sisters, extended family, and friends. Ron retired from Inland Manufacturing after 32 years. He enjoyed working as an auctioneer and had a love for classic cars, especially his 1964 Chevelle. Ron was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church and the Masonic Lodge in Farmersville. His special interests included deep sea fishing in South Florida and spending time with his granddaughters. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Wednesday evening and funeral service 11:00 AM Thursday, Nov. 17 both at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon.
