MARTIN, Ruby Yvonne “Tootsie” Age 78 of New Lebanon, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Edith (Hammond) Williams; daughter, Marsha Martin; brother, Raymond Williams, and sister, Donna Mathews. Ruby is survived by her brother, Paul Williams; sister, Terri Loomis; children, Cheryl Raines, Deborah Vest, Patrick Martin, and Tamera Martin; and numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm with funeral service to follow at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon.
