Sarah J. Cole

COLE, Sarah J. age 84 of Greenville, was born December 18, 1927 in Boyd County, Kentucky and passed away December 6, 2012 at the Brethren Home in Greenville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel Burt and Dorothy Barber; husband of 57 years, Jack E.; and son, Bruce. Sarah is survived by her daughter Pamela L. (Rodger) Hoop, of Arcanum; 5 grandchildren, Bryan Hoop of Arcanum, Sherry Lynn Curry of Pitsburg, Heather Reynold-Banis of New Madison, Jason (Amber) Hoop of Bradford, and Daniel (Karen) Cole of Eaton; 17 great-grandchildren, Jenna, Josh, and Lucas Hoop, Jacob and Cameron Curry, Brycelyn, Savannah, and Jayston Hoop, Ashley, Mike, Courtney, Katherine, and Lauren Banis, Ricky, Payton, and Cody Cole, and Ethan Musgrave; brother, John W. (Betty) Barber of Albany; and loving nieces and nephews. Also, thanks to special friends Brenda Gullickson & Family and Phil & Brenda Barga. Sarah retired from Stillwater Health Center after 30+ years of service and was a member of VFW Post #5299. Funeral services for Sarah will be held 2PM Saturday, December 8 at Rogers' Funeral Home in New Lebanon, OH, 324 W. Main St. 45345. Interment will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery in West Alexandria. Visitation will be held Saturday at the funeral home from 1PM until the start of the service.
