Age 89 of New Lebanon went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Scotty was born February 13, 1936 to his parents Alonzo and Lottie Carsner.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Barbara, brother Billy Carsner, son-in-law, David Falldorf and great granddaughter Skyler Ann.

Scotty is survived by his 3 daughters, Kathy (Victor) Bills, Darla Edds and Tina Falldorf. Scotty was loved and cherished by 5 grandchildren, Stephanie, Chris, Whitney, Kelsy, and Cody; 8 great grandchildren: Gracie, Gunner, Mady, Dylan, Cooper, Emery, Weston and Paisleigh.

After retiring from the auto industry, each day was spent in pride watching the grandchildren grow up.

Visitation will be held from 9am-10am with service to begin at 10:00am on Saturday, January 24th at Rogers Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
