SIMON, Teresa M. Age 58, of Brookville, passed away on February 2, 2020. She was born in Dayton on September 5, 1961. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Crickmore. Teresa is survived by her son, Chad Simon (Tara Hollinger); son, Thomas Simon (Jamie); and daughter, Elisa Anderson (David); siblings, John Crickmore (Regina),Diana Hovater (Mike) Ron Crickmore (Kay); grandchildren, Madison Simon, Kaitlynn Simon, Dustin Simon, Destiny Simon, Kailee Hollinger, Ava Simon, Landen Simon, and Owen Anderson. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. with Memorial service to follow at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. February 13, 2020 at Rogers’ Funeral Home in New Lebanon.
