O'Diam, Terry Lee Age 61 of Germantown, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014 after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's disease. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on Nov. 6, 1952 to his parents John H. Sr. & Doris (Eby) O'Diam. Terry was preceded in death by his parents; and brother-in-law, Mark Simpson. He is survived by his son, Daniel (Brandy) O'Diam; daughter, Tera (Jason) O'Diam-Miller; 6 Grandchildren, Anson, Andrew, Ashleigh, Elizabeth, Courtney, and Gage; 2 expected grandchildren; 3 brothers, John Jr. (Teresa), Lonnie (DeWana), and Michael (Michelle) O'Diam; 3 sisters, Debra Simpson, Lori (Scott) Kammer, and Tricia (Scott) Cottingim; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other family members and friends. Terry was a lifelong member of Slifer's Presbyterian Church in Farmersville. He was an avid pilot (crop duster), builder, carpenter, designer, farmer, and a wonderful dad to two amazing kids. He will be greatly missed. A Memorial visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Friday, April 4, 2014 at Rogers' Funeral Homes, New Lebanon. Memorial service will be 10:30 AM Saturday, April 5 at Slifer's Presbyterian Church, 2999 S. Clayton Rd., Farmersville, Ohio 45325 with Pastor Angie Schenck officiating. Burial will follow at Holp Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation (www.parkinson.org) in memory of Terry.
