Thomas O. Devers, IV

Age 74, of Union, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 30th, 2025. He was a Trotwood-Madison High School graduate of 1969. Tom received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and was a teacher at Trotwood-Madison Schools, retiring with 30 years of service. Tom loved life and could navigate and find his way even when lost.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sue (West); daughter, Emily (Josh Morgan) Devers; grandchildren, Troy Devers, Cody Ratermann, Alexis Rader; sister, Sue Collins; sister-in-law, Linda West; Kenneth Lee; nephews, Erik Collins (Tracy), Robert Lee (Jessi); niece, Jenny Embleton (Shaun) and other relatives and friends.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas O. and Betty (Gerard) Devers; and sister, Bonnie Schenk.

Visitation will be held from 11am-12pm with Memorial service to begin at 12:00pm on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Happy Corner Church of the Brethren. Pastor Trent Smith officiating. There will be a meal following the service and then urn burial at 2:00pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
