Thomas "Tom" G. Blosser Ii

BLOSSER II, Thomas G. “Tom” Age 63 of New Lebanon, passed away after a difficult battle on Thursday, September 13, 2018. Tom was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 6, 1955 to his parents, Thomas G. and Alice (Harry) Blosser who survived him along with his loving wife of 38 years, Susan; 4 children, Joanne (Aaron) Barger, Leah Cowley, Bethany (Jeff) Mootz, and Micah (Kaitlyn) Blosser. Tom is also survived by 8 grandchildren Madison, Nathan, and Kennedi Barger, Moravia and Finney Mootz, and Ava, Hannah, and Jack Blosser; 3 brothers, Mark, Joe (Sharon), and Andy (Beverly) Blosser; and many other extended family members and friends. Tom graduated from Dixie High School in 1973. He worked at Dayton Phoenix and Earlham College, made many friends and became a work dad. He loved working on computers and helping people with any technical issues. He was a former elder and long-time worship team member at Valleyview Church in Englewood, Ohio. Tom was humble, tender-hearted, and taught many people about the love of Jesus by the way he lived his life. Special thanks to all the nurses, doctors and staff at The Jewish Hospital, Blood Cancer Center in Cincinnati and the Sonesta ES Suites in Sharonville, for all their tremendous love, care and support for Tom and family. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at the Brethren Church in New Lebanon, 32 South Church St., New Lebanon, Ohio 45345. The family will receive friends for visitation following the service from 3-5 PM also at the church. A private burial will be held Monday for the family.
