WISSMAN, Thomas L. A life well led will be celebrated at 11AM with a Mass of Christian Burial on September 27, 2014 at Visitation Catholic Church in Eaton, OH with Father Gene Vonderhaar officiating. The deceased is Thomas L. Wissman of Trotwood, Englewood, and Lake Lakengren, Ohio. Tom will be missed by his 2 sons, Steve and Scott Wissman of Englewood; his brother, Jack (Pat) Wissman; special friend, Judy Thaxton; and his golfing partner and nephew, Jim Kucharsky, along with many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Margaret Wissman; his sister, Ethel Kucharsky (Joe); and brother, Robert Wissman (Olivene). Tom attended Roosevelt High School in Dayton. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served proudly for 4 years. He then married Donna Green and they had 47 years together. Tom was employed at Univis Lens and Flowserve of Dayton, Ohio. Tom spent his leisure on the golf courses. His "Hole-In-One" was 3 years ago at age 82 in Lewisburg. A proud moment to be remembered. Donations in Tom's name are requested to go to "The Corner Cupboard Charities" of Dayton, where Tom was a volunteer. Or to Hospice of Dayton, where he and his family were treated with dignity.
