Violet Rosetta Garber

GARBER, Violet Rosetta (Beatty) Age 75 of Brookville, born May 5, 1939 was called to her maker Oct. 25, 2014 following a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl W. Beatty and Eleanor B. (Gebhart) Beatty; and her brother, Ira C. Beatty. Violet & Eugene Garber were joined in holy matrimony Nov. 24, 1957. She leaves to mourn her loving husband of 57 years, E. Eugene Garber; 4 daughters, Rebecca L. Marconett, Brenda K. (Chuck) Cook, Beverly S. Black, and Bonnie R. Doseck; & son Gregory (Cynthia) Garber; 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Janet (John) Ruckrigl, and Beatrice Shaffer; & many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held from 3-5 PM and 6-8 PM on Wednesday, Oct. 29 at Rogers Funeral Home, 324 West Main St., New Lebanon, Ohio 45345. Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM on Thursday, also at the funeral home. Ministers Dennis Brunk and Glenn Mohler officiating. Interment will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens.
