Walter Lee Myers

MYERS, Walter Lee Age 90 of Dayton, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. He was born on Oct. 16, 1928 in Mansfield, Ohio and was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Myers; brothers, Russell and Floyd Myers; and sisters-in-law, Gladys and Norma Myers. He is survived by his children, Christine Vagedes, Terry Myers, and James Myers; grandchildren, Sara and Doug Vagedes, Becky Amato, and Timothy Myers; great grandchildren Kyle and Alaina Bostick; nieces, Donna Wilson and Kathy Hemmerick; and nephew, Danny Wilson. Walter was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed bowling, camping, and fishing and loved his family very much. Visitation will be held from 12-1 PM with service to follow at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Rogers Funeral Home in Trotwood.
