Wanda "Jean" Williams

Wanda “Jean” Williams (née Harrison) went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. She was born on September 25, 1934, in Portsmouth, Ohio, to her parents, William Harrison and Bessie Pearl Harrison‑Spagenberg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 55 years, Donald Williams; her beloved sons, Donald Jr., Dwight, and Bob; and her great‑grandson, Ruxson. Jean was the fifth of six children, and with her passing, the last of her generation has gone home.

She is survived by her daughters, Georgia Frost and Vickie (Dempsey) Mitchell; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Kevin, Ryan (Betty), Kurt (Sasha), and Luke; 8 great‑grandchildren; 4 great‑great‑grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jean was known for her creative spirit. She found immense joy in painting, creating artwork, and working with ceramics. Her passion for genealogy connected her to the stories of those who came before her, and she delighted in sharing those discoveries with her loved ones.

A visitation will be held at Rogers Funeral Home, 324 West Main Street, New Lebanon, OH 45345, on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM, followed by burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Trotwood.
