Wilbur K. "Si" Sizer

SIZER, Wilbur K. "Si" Age 84 of Trotwood, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012. He was born October 13, 1927 to William and Gracie "Mabel" Sizer. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, John Sizer, Mary Fowler, and Gerri Duda; and wife, Lillian M. Sizer. Survived by loving companion, Alice Baker; children, Will Tieman, Betty Springer, Russell Barnett, Peggy Abel, Richard Barnett, Kay Barnett, Tim Barnett, Joy Sizer, and Don Sizer; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many more cherished family members and friends. Si was a devoted father, loving husband, unforgettable friend, accomplished athlete, dedicated coach, and a loyal community member. He was a 1946 graduate of Roosevelt High School and attended University of Dayton. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 19 from 11am to 1pm at Rogers' Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Trotwood 45426. Funeral service to follow at 1pm, with Pastor Randy Bowles officiating. Entombment will be at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens in Brookville.
