HUFF, William R. 85, passed away Friday, December 15 at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Finley and Mary (Landrum) Huff; brothers, Edward and John Huff; sisters, Fay Shorter and Dottie Baver; son, Michael Huff; daughter, Nancy (Huff) Monticue; and granddaughter, Kattie Monticue Hobbs. Bill is survived by his wife of 66 years, Doris (Earnest) Huff; brother, George (Patsy) Huff; children, Timothy Huff, Mary (Ronnie) Cornett, Jeffery (Debra) Huff, Sherry (Fred) Damron; daughter-in-law, Theresa Huff; 18 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, and lots of nieces and nephews. He was a faithful member of Jehovah’s Witness for 52 years. Bill retired from General Motors after 30 years and was the owner of Professional Car Care in Trotwood for 18 years. He loved Jehovah God, his family and friends, playing cards, and going to Red’s games. He will always be “pretty and good,” and “you’re beautiful.” The family would like to give special thanks to granddaughter, Mindy Flory for her love, care, and support during his illness. A memorial service will begin at 6PM on Friday, December 22, 2017 at Kingdom Hall, 465 W. Main Street, Trotwood, 45426 with Bro. Todd Boston officiating. The family will receive friends from 4PM until the start of the service. If desired, contributions in memory of Bill, may be made to the Worldwide Work of Jehovah’s Witness, 900 Red Mills Road, Wallkill, NY 12589-3223
