William Seals
March 13, 1943 — April 12, 2026
William "Ray" Seals, born March 13, 1943, in Sneedville, TN, went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2026.
He is survived by his son, William Ray "Bill" Seals, Jr., daughter Deborah (Scott) Besecker, grandchildren Matt (Kere) Besecker, Adam (Carla) Besecker, and Brandon Seals, as well as great-grandchildren Doug, Luke, Titus, Aubrey, Juniper, and Elliot Besecker. Ray also leaves behind his brother Don (Judy) Seals and sister Kay (Jim) Maloney.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Carson and Mary Seals; wife, Rosemary Seals, grandson Jordan Seals, brothers Charles, Lloyd, and Dean Seals; sisters Laura Jones, Ruby Mullins, Billie Standifer, and Pansey Maloney. .
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Rogers Funeral Homes, 324 W Main St, New Lebanon, OH. The funeral service will follow starting at 7:00 PM the same day. A graveside service is scheduled for Thursday, April 16 at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Cemetery, 723 Upper Miamisburg Rd, Miamisburg, OH. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
